Maximilian Gower is a Dubai-based Creative Content Director, Director and Photographer with over fifteen years of experience spanning the full production process — from editorial photography and commercial video direction through to brand strategy, live events and content system development.
His photographic career began in London, shooting luxury RTW and accessories collections for MatchesFashion at fashion houses in Paris and Milan, before moving into commercial campaigns, hospitality and lifestyle work across the UAE. On the directing side, he has led productions across short films and documentaries at OSN, multi- platform brand campaigns for major sports and travel companies, and large-scale event coverage and content production throughout the region.
Most recently, Maximilian served as Digital Content Manager at Mediaquest Corp — one of the Middle East’s leading publishing and media groups — where he oversaw end-to-end content production across titles including Marie Claire Arabia, Haya, and Buro 24/7, as well as flagship industry events such as the Effies MENA and Arab Luxury Awards. Working across lifestyle, business and events divisions, he managed full production pipelines from brief to delivery across photo, video and digital channels.
With a career built equally across editorial media, broadcast and brand production, Maximilian brings the strategic depth of a senior in-house creative with the hands-on versatility of an independent director and photographer — covering the full process from pitching and pre- production through to on-set direction and post-production delivery.
