George is a passionate and internationally experienced filmmaker. As a 1st Assistant Director, his primary responsibilities include tracking filming progress against the production schedule, preparing shooting schedules, breaking down scripts and storyboards, managing cast and crew, and maintaining on-set control—an essential element of every shoot.
Since arriving in the UAE in 2006, George has steadily grown his career in the film industry, collaborating with many well-known and established production houses in the region.
Born in Germany and raised in South Africa, George comes from a mixed-race family and has lived in Los Angeles, London, and Stuttgart. In 2006, he settled in the UAE, building a life and family in Dubai, which he proudly calls home.
