Meet the crew

Samuel Erber

Samuel is an experienced film professional originally from Southern Spain, who launched his career in the movie industry in Barcelona in 2013. Since then, he has had the privilege of assisting international directors on projects across Spain, South Africa, France, Morocco, and beyond, gaining extensive experience in diverse production environments.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, Samuel communicates effortlessly with international crews, directors, and clients, making him a strong asset on globally scaled productions. His technical skill set includes working with industry-standard software such as Movie Magic, particularly for long-form film projects.

Known for his efficiency in both prep and shoot phases, Samuel places equal importance on creating a positive, cheerful atmosphere on set. He believes that strong collaboration and active engagement with every member of the production team, crew, department heads, and clients alike are essential to delivering a smooth, productive, and enjoyable working experience, regardless of a project’s size or budget. He is adaptable across a wide range of production scales and requirements.

Samuel thrives on complex shoots involving large crowds, camera cars, process trailers, rolling blocks, lock-offs, VFX, stunts, aerial and underwater work, as well as projects with VIPs, fashion, sports brands, and food and beverage campaigns. While his experience spans nearly every kind of production challenge, he is very clear about one personal preference: he strongly dislikes shooting cat food commercials with Supertechno cranes.
