Zera is a talented makeup artist born in Pakistan and raised in Dubai, whose passion for makeup was Inspired by the mesmerizing characters of Cirque du Soleil. At the age of 18,she decided to pursue a career in makeup. After completing her training in Dubai and gaining practical experience, Zera honed her craft further at the prestigious Blanche Macdonald Centre in Vancouver, Canada. Her career has been shaped by remarkable opportunities that have taken her on diverse and exciting journeys. At just 24, Zera entered the world of feature films as a Head of Makeup, a pivotal moment that revealed her passion for storytelling through cinema. Over the past 22 years, Zera has worked on productions across the UAE, Pakistan, Cyprus, Canada, and Lebanon. Known for her versatility, she has designed makeup for a wide range of genres, including comedy, horror, drama, science fiction, and action. Her expertise also extends to crowd supervision on major international productions, with credits including Dune 2, Star Trek Beyond, Fast and Furious 7, Mission Impossible, Formula 1, Now You See Me 3, and 6 Underground. Balancing roles as a Makeup Designer and Crowd Supervisor on such large-scale projects has earned Zera a well-respected reputation in the global film industry.
